Balance????????

i am really off ballance all the time





i am a guy i am 14 and i am 5'5 and im about 107 pounds what can i do to gain balance cuz i notice wen ppl push me not tht strong i fall reall far but my weight might not be 107 maybe more cuz one second im 88 pounds then 99 then 100 then 105 idk my weight thing doesnt work but i just want to get more balance so i dont fly away so far with one little push








btw i am not on a diet its just fitness not diet %26amp; fitness jic u where looking in the category|||Possibly go into martial arts... okay grasshopper?|||work your core stability search core exercises on the net that will help dramatically, doing weights would help you gain a bit more structure however i wouldn't recommend doing weights to anyone younger then 16.
