Balance???

how do people like gymnasts keep balanced whenthey od hand stands ...are there excersizes or something?|||When we do handstands, we learn what parts of our bodies to put where so that we're perfectly balanced. It has to do with your center of gravity. Through practice, we learn to find the point in our handstand where we feel almost weightless. This takes exercises to build up muscle strength, but it also is a lot of muscle memory. The lower your center of gravity is, the easier it is to balance in a handstand or any trick you do. This is why most of the elite gymnasts are short. The amount of practice we put in keeps our center of gravity relatively low.|||sry i meant to put 5 stars :(

|||There are exercises where you do handstands on a wall. Then you have someone spot you. The more practice you do, the easier it gets. It's also said that there's a liquid in the ears that help a person balance. I'm sure that's uncontrollable on your part, but it does play a part in balancing.|||Lots of practice.
