What type of exercise requires mental balance?

I don't think neither biking, walking or jogging requires much mental balance because when I do these to much I get so bored and it feels more like a grind.|||If you're getting bored, try some sort of exercise that involves changing up your activities regularly (like a class or video). Also consider joining a sports team as every game is different.





Exercise like yoga or tai chi involve the mind as much as the body so, while they're generally considered low impact, they will engage your brain too.
