Does a negative consolidated balance mean you have to owe the bank right away?

Keep in mind, this is my consolidated balance. I have a + balance on my debit card and i have to pay back some money for my credit. I am waiting for some money to arrive so do you think i can just keep paying the minimum payment for the balance on my credit card (until my other funds arrive) even though my consolidated balance is negative? It is negative because i owe more on credit than i have funds available on my debit. Thanks!|||Yes, you can make the minimum monthly payment on your credit card.
