Balance!!!?
How ca i improve my balance on the beam when fist i dont have a beam at home to pracetice on...Im in gymnastics so i need a really good way to practice accuratly as if i were on a beam. i need EXCELLENT balance im not talking about stand on one foot thats good to but i need something to really help with balance!. thx so much if you can help me.|||Balance on the edge of the sidewalk, try walking in a straight line and doing cartwheels and jumps on that. It's harder to do stuff on the edge of the sidewalk then it is to do stuff on the beam. So, when you get on the beam, your balance will be better because it will be easier to do stuff on the beam than on the sidewalk. And also, if you have a long narrow board, you can use that or you can use chalk to draw a pretend beam on the street or sidewalk to practice on.|||Get a yoga ball and learn how to stand on that. Plus there are lots of thing you can try to balance on. but be carefull.|||get chalk and draw a straight line on a sidewalk. to keep balance, u need really strong legs and must tighten them before,during and when u land from jumps.if tightened, u can land pretty good on the line.*|||uhhh idk who cares
