We have dual nature. We like to love and be loved by others and on the other hand, we aim to be successful in life. How is it possible to balance these two aspects? The moment we try to be with others we tend to forget our individual aspirations and when we are determined or motivated to be successful in career etc we work single-minded ignoring out social urges. May be not everyone have this problem but I feel some people do have. What do you think about this? Is it really possible to strike a balance?|||Yes it is. Maturity teaches you how to balance the different aspects of your life.

Neither will your family if you were never around for them.|||it is possible. The answer is in a single word "unattachment". Work incessantly but don't become a slave for love as well any work. Thats the secret of a success. Unattachment makes it possible. For ful details read the following refrence
